- Migrated the Avenue Partner app to Capacitor solo in 7 days and shipped v1.1 to the App Store with native back gestures, haptics, and platform-specific animations for iOS and Material You.
- Turned the partner app into a full box office with QR check-in via Google ML Kit, Stripe Terminal card readers, and Tap to Pay on iOS and Android.
- Worked with the iOS 27 SDK to bring Apple Intelligence support to the Avenue Partner app, enabling instant payouts, refund request approval/decline, and event sales monitoring via Siri.
- Built organizer revenue tools including smart pricing by time, demand, and sale type, ticket add-ons, organizer-managed taxes, and a promoter module with link-based commissions and Linktree-style promoter pages.
- Built marketing automation with trigger-based SMS/email workflows on cron and queues, plus a message history module unifying transactional and marketing messages.
- Integrated Spotify, Snapchat, and Meta Pixel via server-side CAPI and fixed duplicate Meta events across organizers by tracing them with Tinybird logging.
- Shipped embeddable event widgets for external sites using Shadow DOM, video flyers and galleries with streaming and lazy loading, and artist profile fetching from social media.
- Set up incident.io and Grafana alerting for downtime, built Storybook mocks for isolated UI work, and shipped a sign-in-free B2B demo backed by IndexedDB and mock APIs.
